It makes my heart heavy when I see any business close (it seems to be like wildfire lately due to the times we are in). But, this one really makes me sad. Rachel Ashwell~ aka Shabby Chic will be closing all there stores this year. For those of us in the business of all things Shabby , Rusty and Chippy she has opened our eyes to these lovelies and I will forever be grateful. Thank you Rachel!
