Be still, my soul; the Lord is on thy side;
Bear patiently the cross of grief or pain;Leave to thy God to order and provide;In every change He faithful will remain.Be still, my soul; thy best, thy heavenly, Friend Through thorny ways leads to a joyful end.
God tells us to "Be Still" and know that He is God. Even in the middle of devastation like we have seen in Haiti.
Being "still" however; does not mean we are to be stagnant, and do nothing. We instead; are to be still and listen to His instruction. I have been "instructed" to pray, and teach my blessings that there are greater needs in the world than there own right now.
